Everyone loves a good breakfast burrito. Here is a simple way to make your whole family happy campers first thing in the morning.
- Milk/Sour Cream/Cottage Cheese (whichever you use)
- Shredded Cheese
- Bacon Bits/Bacon/Sausage (Whatever sounds good)
- Flour Tortillas
- Hashbrown Patties
Make your scrambled eggs the way you like in the amount you need. You can make sausage or bacon to add in for some extra protein. If you are in a hurry, throw in some bacon bits instead. Sprinkle on some shredded cheese if you like. Throw the hashbrown patties in the air fryer while you are cooking the eggs. When all is done, slap a tortilla on a plate then a hashbrown patty and top with your scrambled egg mixture. Make it how you want it! You can even throw some veggies in the scrambled eggs a well. Spinach adds some extra vitamins and minerals.
